Mark Barrett Mark Barrett was educated at McMaster University (B.A., 1986; M.A., 1988) and the University of Toronto (LL.B., 1994). Mark was called to the Bar in Ontario in 1996. He became a partner of O’Donnell, Robertson and Sanfilippo in 2003. His litigation practice has encompassed a wide range of insurance issues and cases. |

Practice Focus:
• Provides insurance coverage advice and guidance to property and casualty insurers on a wide variety of claims.
• Litigation in insurance coverage disputes involving bodily injury and property damage liability claims, sexual abuse claims, first party property claims and directors and officers claims.
• Acts in the defence of various errors and omissions, professional liability, products liability, personal injury and sexual abuse claims.
• Appeared as counsel at all levels of court in Ontario.
