Donna L. Kelly Donna Kelly graduated with High Honours with a Legal Administration Diploma from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology in Toronto in 1983. Donna was an Honours graduate of the General Insurance Essentials program of the Insurance Institute of Canada (top student in Ontario) in 1989 and attained her Associateship designation (A.I.I.C.) with Honours in 1998. She has been with the firm since it began in 1994. Donna Kelly’s practice has been in the area of insurance defence litigation.

Practice Focus:
• Legal assistance to counsel in insurance defence litigation, including defence of errors and omissions claims against insurance brokers, real estate agents and other professionals.
• Legal assistance to counsel in defence litigation involving property and casualty insurance, bodily injury claims, products liability, multi-party toxic tort matters and environmental claims.
• Meeting with clients and adverse counsel.
• Drafting of pleadings, reporting letters, status reports, and all general correspondence.
• Preparation and organization of all documentation necessary for motions, discovery, trial and settlement.
