Chris Stribopoulos Chris Stribopoulos was educated at the University of Toronto (B.A., 1987), University of Akron, Ohio (J.D., 1990) and University of Windsor (LL.B., 1992). Chris was called to the Bar in Ontario in 1994 and has throughout practised in the defence of insured interests and in the defence of insurers. Chris commenced practising law with O’Donnell, Robertson & Sanfilippo upon his call to the Bar in Ontario in 1994 and in 2000 became a partner in the firm. |

Practice Focus:
• Insurance defence litigation including professional liability defence work, with particular emphasis on defence of insurance brokers’, real estate brokers’ and home inspectors’ errors and omissions claims.
• Insurance defence litigation involving casualty and property insurance-related matters, product liability matters, occupiers, motor vehicle accidents, tavern and social hosts.
• Insurance coverage litigation, representing the interests of insurers.
• Extensive ADR/Mediation experience.
• Involved in the conduct of trials on behalf of insurance brokers, real estate brokers and insurers.
• Appellate experience in all levels of court in Ontario.
